Ogni amministrazione ha l’obbligo di pubblicare sul proprio sito istituzionale nella sezione: «Amministrazione trasparente» di cui all’articolo 9:
a) il Programma triennale per la trasparenza e l’integrità ed il relativo stato di attuazione.
